This car is owned by my neighbor across the street, Joe Ferguson.
He bought the car from a fellow in Georgia who had to sell because
his was wife said he was spending too much money on it.
In these photos, Joe and his Dad are replacing the front bumper.
He is going to sell it when it is fully restored,
and will ask $20,000 (below market).
